LET INJUSTICE HAPPEN TO MAN NOW

LET INJUSTICE HAPPEN TO MAN NOW

The old proverb has reversed its priority, “If modesty of a women is lost , nothing is lost, if confidence of people in the Government  is lost, nothing is lost, if  confidence of an alliance partner is lost something is lost but if economic growth (Money) is lost everything is lost.”  So dear people , amend / update yourself and don’t make a fuss over petty issues of rape, molestations and violence against women. Let the law (or lawlessness ) take its own course, Police is there, courts are there. Let them do their job, let them do justice. Don’t stick to these issues more than the media does. Just move on, move on  to the bigger issues like FDI or funding of infrastructure projects through pension /insurance bills and even the ailing health of share market where lakhs of crores of poor Indians can  be lost in seconds. Please grow up now and understand the importance of economic growth on which we have put our whole government  at stake. It does not mean that we are not serious over the issue, we have many women empowerment schemes at centre and states  like SABLA,  Ladli Lakshmi , Beti Bachao Abhiyan etc.  Some of the state governments are also thinking of marrying them off early so that their husbands can take care of them and protect them from outsiders. According to our leaders the problem lies with food habits like  chinesse food and it can not be banned  in an open economy, so groom your children rightly, ask them to wear right cloth, eat right food and so on. The government can not interfere in this, it can only record the crime, maintain its data and tell you who (which state or the region) has topped the crime list. The topper is right now busy with Global investors summit, striving hard to make your life brighter and richer. See through the light ,don’t look at the dark side of the things.

Our mythological history is full of examples that whenever the modesty of a women was at stake, be it Sita or Dropadi, all other issues were sidelined and justice was restored through battles. I fondly remember the religious films of my younger days, in which any such unholy act against women was representatively followed by a thunderstorm, lightening, earthquake and a total disarray in the system. Even the heaven would come to a state of turmoil and gods own throne was threatened. True, it is really a period called KALYUG , which we had been warned of . Now nothing of that sort happens, no one bothers about such heinous crimes. All those thunderstorms, lightenings  and quakes are confined to the felt by the victim only , for all others it is business as usual. The issue does not bother even to religious leaders of today nor to socio-political  activists like Annas,  Ramdeos or Kejriwals.

Satire and pessimism apart, the solution lies in sacrificing a little bit of men’s priviledges and equality of  justice and gender rights in favor of women. The way we are providing  justice to the scheduled castes/tribes by way of reservations to overcome their sufferings of the past, similarly we need to empower women against the men. In all mutual consensual acts , the woman should be given a right to turn hostile later and responsibility of abstinence should completely rest with the man. The moment a relationship is proved, the man should be held guilty of a rape if woman complains. This will solve all the problems like fooling the woman by making false promise of marriage or other psycho-physical coercions. This will also shorten the court proceedings and justice will be at arms’ length to all the victims.
